I made a review the other day because they forgot my boba in one of my drinks and they gave me a refund on my lotus, absolutely amazing service and the best lotuses in town! Won’t regret trying them out ❤️

Friendly, attentive and delicious coffee. So much so that you'll probably need to allocate a few extra minutes to your morning commute to wait in line for the liquid goodness! Also, they have 24oz cups, for less $ than others, to stretch that black gold a bit further!

One of my favorite coffee stands in Juneau. The coffee is always good, the baristas are always friendly and helpful, and they offer so much variety. They’re always trying new fun things, like edible glitter, flavored whipped cream, themed drinks during holidays in fancy cups. Aside from being delicious it’s always a great experience going to hot shot.

Rolled up to window right at 6 not knowing that’s when they closed and they were amazing and still made our drinks. The guy who helped us was super nice and friendly. Love everyone there so much. I’d give 6 stars if I could.
